Lakeview Estates is located approximately 2 1/2 miles west of Huntsville, Missouri on State Route "3" Directions from Huntsville or Moberly, take US Route 24 west to State Route 3 going south. Take State Route 3 south approximately 1/4 mile, Lakeview Estates begins on the east side of State Route 3 and runs south 1/2 mile to County Road 2110. County Road 2110 is the south boundary line.

8 Lots will have access off State Route 3; 10 Lots will have direct access off County Road 2110 and 4 Lots will have access off a private interior cul-de-sac.
SIZE
Lakeview Estates is comprised of 140 acres, more or less. The development is platted into 22 Lots that range from 5 acres to 10.36 acres in size.

A new county ordinance requires that all new construction must complete an application with the County Health Department for the type of system they plan to install. That system must be compatible with the soil type where the system is located.

There will be "3 lakes" when the development is completed. Each lake will be approximately 8 acres in size. The water depth of each lake will be over 20 feet. 20 of the 22 lots will have lake frontage and direct water access. 2 lots will have access via 60' wide easement.
